We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to be at the forefront of our expansion.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and demonstrating the immense value of our customized Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a passion for technology and a talent for understanding and solving business challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique operational challenges and business objectives.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and software demonstrations that showcase how Odoo and our services can solve client problems.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on professional proposals and quotations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Odoo).
  • Collaborate closely with our technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless project handovers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the IT, software, or technology services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and articulate their business value to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required. Professional proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a major plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
